Lindsay came to her yoga mat after miles and miles of running, heavy strength training, and lots of spin classes. Just wanting to feel better, she committed herself to a summer on her yoga mat, and when September rolled around, she felt as though she couldn't feel good without her practice. Since that time, several years ago, Lindsay has continued to deepen her knowledge of yoga through completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training, additional workshops, and reading constantly about the philosphy and history of yoga. Her yoga classes are based on a Vinyassa flow, and filled with yoga philosophy, conscientious alignment, subtle strengthen moves, and heart-felt humor. Her hopes is for everyone to leave their mat feeling refreshed, renewed and with a sense of calm and peace.
